From the first handshake it was never a problem to test drive, ask all the questions I needed to and be assured about the decisions I was making. I felt looked after throughout with updates and a special video update that was so nice.

The service was completed on time and very thoroughly

Despite dropping the car off the day before the service was due, and having it booked in for 8am, it was not started until 4pm. I was not contacted until near closing time and nearly missed opening hours due to the distance to return, late call back.
