From the first handshake it was never a problem to test drive, ask all the questions I needed to and be assured about the decisions I was making. I felt looked after throughout with updates and a special video update that was so nice.

I was very satisfied with my experience during the purchase and delivery. It took a week from purchasing the car to it being delivered and I was very happy with that. Lewis was very helpful and efficient with these and made it all very clear.

Car took a long time to arrive at the centre. Updated were far and few between. The second sales rep, Oscar, was much better to deal with. The car is very good however and was given to me in immaculate condition.

Our experience at the BMW showroom was excellent. They have comprehensive disabled facilities, making it easy to get around the two floors. Refreshments were also offered during our visit, enhancing the overall experience.

Despite dropping the car off the day before the service was due, and having it booked in for 8am, it was not started until 4pm. I was not contacted until near closing time and nearly missed opening hours due to the distance to return, late call back.

Key drop off much less painful than having to wait for a service advisor. Heads-up car play no longer works, auto high beam turned off, auto handbrake turned off, dashboard different configuration, a little irritating.

Very satisfied. I went in to get my current car's rear brakes sorted, and ended up with a new car. The advisor sorted the brake work into the deal so it didn't cost me extra, which I really appreciated.

Everyone very friendly and helpful. Loan car was excellent and paperwork quick. When collecting car it was not ready but no voicemail left to advise so went to collect anyway which was a shame as traffic was so bad!

Despite booking 36 days in advance they couldn't organise the required work and deliver car in 2 working days, rather they took additional 2 working days to complete. Amounts quoted during booking were different when paid. Promised Wash/Vac not done.

Car wasn't parked in carpark had to hunt round and then go back in to ask where it was parked found it in the mini carpark eventually. Steering wheel was dirty and gear stick

This time, unusually, there was a later problem.You did the wheel change (from winter to summer wheels) however, when I reset the tyre pressure monitor as required, I discovered that the summer wheels were all slightly incorrect.

Generally happy overall, only issue was the video sent reporting defects with my vehicle, the technician mentioned my front tyres were 31% worn? These tyres had been fitted new 48hrs before I had the service/check carried out? Feel this is misleading
