Adrian kept me updated the whole way through, even messaging out of hours. He was away when the car arrived but made sure to be there for handover on his first day back so I had it for a work trip. Really appreciated that.

From the first handshake it was never a problem to test drive, ask all the questions I needed to and be assured about the decisions I was making. I felt looked after throughout with updates and a special video update that was so nice.

I've given a 3 star purely for the long long wait. If it wasnt for the service advisor Lynette Sanders I would have given 1 star. She was great the whole way through. Even gave a discount which I didn't ask for. 10/10 Lynette

Air-conditioning makes a noise it didn't make when I took it in for service. it was said to be leaves in the fan. Leaves were later cleared but still makes noise. Wing mirror bottom housing was left hanging upon pick up. I've clipped it in.

The tyre replacement was authorised quickly under our insurance policy. The replacement tyre was fitted quickly. The overall time spent at the BMW centre was too long owing to the unsatisfactory complimentary wash.

Hanah, was pleasant and very knowleagable, advise was clear and simple to understand and nothing was too much trouble, what made this expereince easier was the abilty to use wifi so I could work remotley rather than take annual leave.

Almost completely satisfied, but initially Group 1 seemed to struggle getting BMW to accept that work was covered under warranty. This is my first all-electric BMW (i3S) and until this breakdown I was most pleased with the vehicle.

Despite dropping the car off the day before the service was due, and having it booked in for 8am, it was not started until 4pm. I was not contacted until near closing time and nearly missed opening hours due to the distance to return, late call back.

Key drop off much less painful than having to wait for a service advisor. Heads-up car play no longer works, auto high beam turned off, auto handbrake turned off, dashboard different configuration, a little irritating.
