Overall I was really happy with pickup. I would recommend further training on all the idrive features though and maybe pre-booking in 30 minutes on collection for this because there was a lot more to learn above and beyond the phone connection.

As booked an appointment a month or so ahead as needed the use of courtesy car. However on day of appointment there was no car available. Lucky the service team at Group One, were able to replace the recall part whilst i waited.

Complete waste of time having to wait for two people to battle the service login system. they gave up after about 10 mins. Lady who phoned me had also not familiarised herself with the case facts before phoning me to book it in which was frustrating.

They said was a broken pipe. The pipe was then replaced and after I paid and took the car it still had the same issue. Took it back and they then said fuel pump needed replacing, so changed that and still had the same issue, but was charged for all.

Would be 5 stars if the wait for a courtesy car wasn't so long. You have to book 2-3 months or more in advance which is simply ridiculous to be honest. This is definitely something you need to work on.

On the 13th March, I sent the dealer a query relating to the service and in particular, the brake bleeding. The message related to me being concerned the bleeding hadn't been completed correctly. I have since received no reply.

They were very courteous, and I believe they carried out the work well and they even cleaned my car very nicely. However, I noticed that my engine light was on on the way home, but this could just be a coincidence.

Aaron, the guy I was dealing with was very slow to respond and ignored emails I sent him. The simple service the car went in for took 4 days. The simple warranty work to be checked was only looked at on the 4th day and still not resolved. no updates

Disappointed that my dash cam was disconnected but also not reconnected when in the car park. In the event of damage how would I prove where it occurred and by whom? Very annoying when I have spent a considerable amount of money to avoid such issues.

I booked my car in for a safety product recall and service which I got confirmed and quoted the price in the days prior and didn't get the service done and it was too late as I was the last customer of the day.

Recall to UPDATE TO PLANNED EXHAUST GAS RECIRCULATION COOLER REPLACEMENT & i was told that it's a all day JOB the car has to be COLD i was there at 7am so i new the car would be cold After 2hours the lady said it was done but never replace it

See previous comment. I also asked when booking the vehicle in whether they would charge for simply adjusting the handbrake tension while replacing the front pads. I was met with "Yes, and we charge £220(?) per hour" A local garage later quote £40!

I can't speak highly enough of our experience. Fraser Gray was superb. He had excellent knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in and really helped to match us to the right car. He also took the time to provided a very thorough handover.
