We did have a rare mechanical issue with the Car however this was dealt with effectively and quickly and we couldn't have been happier with the actions taken to rectify. We are now looking forward to driving our 2 Series Gran Coupe F44 218i M Sport.

The dealership asked me to do this survey and give the mark above. As it is a non-service year all I had done was new wiper blades and an MOT. The blades were my choice. I only buy car parts from my local dealer.

Very good service overall but I do miss having cars to look at in the waiting area, seems a bit empty there. Having used Fairfield's and Group 1 for 9 years now would be good if there was some sort of loyalty benefit, service deals etc.

BMW Southend recommended that I replace 3 tyres. I only replaced 2 as I was not persuaded that the 3rd tyre needed replacing. My car was not cleaned despite me spending close to £500 on the tyres.
