My vehicle went in to the garage without fuel leak. When the first diagnosis was done, there was no fuel leak. We agreed repairs. After the repairs, a fuel leak developed. The garage charged me an additional £388 to fix the leak, which I find unfair.

Well whilst the fault was resolved eventually the wrong part was ordered delaying the work further and only then did we receive a reluctant courtesy car. All I can say is the service is as expected for this Southend garage.

Although the cameras were fitted nicely, I had trouble with the app on my phone, Although someone showed me how to attached the camera to the app. It needed an update to be fully functional. When I went to do the upgrade, it kept dropping out.
