I was contacted about 12:15 to say my car was ready. I arrived to collect at 16:15 and upon inspection the drivers side body was dirtier than when I dropped it off despite requesting for the car to be cleaned. It took 50 minutes to resolve!

Everything was smooth and done in good time. Service attendant was very attentive and I had space to work. The only thing that could be improved is - I had my car vacuumed only (not washed) however wasn't done very well and was still dirty.

Dropped car at 8am on 15th. I received a call by 10.30am giving me an up date post inspection. No further contact - I called at 5pm on 16th; was told the reason for unanswered emails was Kirsty had gone off sick. A promised call back never came!

Over £500 for an hours labour is a complete joke won't be using them again and advising as many people as possible on the BMW forums that I belong too. How do I know how long it took ?? The BMW app tells your cars location and status of the car. DOH!

I booked my car in for service. After my car read it had minimum oil and a drivetrain fault causing the car to shudder. Had to return next day, wait over 2 hours for them to replace oil and was not given an explanation. More details given below.
