BMW Southend recommended that I replace 3 tyres. I only replaced 2 as I was not persuaded that the 3rd tyre needed replacing. My car was not cleaned despite me spending close to £500 on the tyres.

I've got a bit of a rattle from underneath I think that it didn't have. I used my voucher and had diesel additive air con clean and my reversing bulb replaced.

Overall the service is excellent (as always.) That said, on receiving the vehicle back, I found my dash cam left disconnect. I have no issue with the cam being disconnected, but it does need reconnecting post service.

Whilst at the dealership, every single person I have spoken or dealt with have been extremely friendly and accomodating, from the reception staff, to the sales staff to the service advisors. There isn't a single person I can identify a flaw with!

Given this was a major service with a cost of almost £600 I was disappointed to be told that me vehicle would not be ready that day and although it was arranged to return the car it was not until 4pm the following day. Not end of world but not great.

Overall good experience minus the communication issues with my first recall appointment back in February. Latest appointment was smooth sailing but the workshop left an acoustic panel off the engine. Promptly resolved.
