I booked my car in for service. After my car read it had minimum oil and a drivetrain fault causing the car to shudder. Had to return next day, wait over 2 hours for them to replace oil and was not given an explanation. More details given below.

I mixed up what day my booking was for to have airbag replaced as a recall arriving two days late, the team couldn't have been nicer, still fitted the car in whilst I waited. The car was washed and hoovered when I got it back all for free.

Overall I was satisfied. Still found the price paid steeper than expected for engine oil and micro filter. I originally thought it was just the engine oil I needed to get sorted. When I get the car replaced I want to go back on the service plan.
