Overall I was satisfied. Still found the price paid steeper than expected for engine oil and micro filter. I originally thought it was just the engine oil I needed to get sorted. When I get the car replaced I want to go back on the service plan.

I got woken up by annoying BMW feedback centre. I work night shift so was not happy BMW Fairfield knew not to call. Additionally I never ask for a courtesy car anymore because you have shipped this out to a car rental who were poor.
