Booked vehicle in for an issue with my vehicle headlamp, dropped vehicle off on Monday 3rd of March, Hannah King the service advisor explained the process and kept me informed at all stages. Headlamp was replaced under warranty.

The car was left in a very dirty condition with grease blobs on the outside There were grease hand prints on the head lining, the job of fixing the heating was not done, had to leave the car again. Even the battery terminal was not tighten.

It was ok. Communication was a little lacking but I guess that could be put down to workload. A quicker turnaround on the repairs would have been welcomed (car in workshop from first thing Wednesday until following Monday afternoon).

Razor blade left on dash, dash cam fitted wonky , 4 tyres replaced and all tyre pressures were wrong and below recommended pressures setting off tyre pressure warning system on Saturday morning. I had to come back for rectification work.
